Caleb Taylor, Partner and Founder, embarked on his journey in construction as an apprentice carpenter at just 17 years old. His passion for building blossomed during college while working alongside a local real estate investor to renovate homes throughout Birmingham.

Driven by a vision for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, Caleb founded Taylor Remodeling & Building Solutions, LLC ("TRABS") in 2015 while completing his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. His early success and commitment to excellence quickly established TRABS as a trusted name across Birmingham, serving homeowners and real estate investors from Mountain Brook to Woodlawn and beyond.

With over 14 years of hands-on experience, Caleb has evolved TRABS from specializing in home remodels to undertaking new construction projects. His dedication to providing high-quality solutions has earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional results, whether it’s a small custom project or a complete home rebuild.

As a licensed homebuilder and a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Caleb continues to expand TRABS' impact by focusing on personalized service and meticulous attention to detail. His passion for helping clients achieve their vision remains at the heart of his business philosophy.

After meeting in college, Kim began partnering with Caleb to rehabilitate distressed houses in Birmingham gaining eight years of experience in residential construction and real estate development. With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MBA from Auburn University, she combines technical skills with strategic insight. At Taylor Builds, Kim leads project planning and business development, focusing on exceptional customer service and positive results for Birmingham and its surrounding areas.
